Tim joined TIAA in 2013 and is a Managing Director in the Boston office. He brings over 20 years of experience in financial services and works with clients and their advisors on fiduciary best practices, fund selection and monitoring, investment policy development, and menu design.
In 2013 he was named to PLANADVISER’s Top 100 Retirement Plan Advisers and was nominated as one of five finalists for PLANSPONSOR’s Retirement Plan Advisor of the Year.
Prior to joining TIAA, Tim was Vice President, Investment Advisory at Sapers & Wallack, Inc. in Newton, MA and held a variety of roles over 12 years at Fidelity Investments in client service, product development, and sales including Senior Vice President, National Sales Manager for Fidelity Pension Advantage.
Tim has his B.S. in Mathematics from UMASS, Amherst, and an M.S. in Finance from Clark University. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 24 registrations. He frequently presents at client and industry conferences and has contributed as a guest lecturer at local universities.
